Previous minutes approved - no matters arising.

Chair Persons Report -
Improvements to Newlands Hall - has lead to noise containment and no complaints from residents in the
last year.
Planting at front of Newlands Hall.
Wildflower garden to rear, and Community Library, Mud Kitchen and picnic bench installation to
encourage residents to come enjoy the grass area.
Brand New Website, easier to navigate.
Lots of community events in 2023 inc. easter, gardening, Coronation, dye with plants and Christmas
parties. Regular Bingo nights. Food bank and clothing donation collections.
Communicatoins with school regarding buses.
Communications with WBC and Kind & Co. about building developments.
Continue to pressure WBC to remove abandoned vehicles.
We secured a Mega Skip at the end of December.
The garden has welcomed 10 brand new households to the community garden since the new scheme. A
sub-commitee will be formed - WBC to write an insert into the current constitution.

Treasurers Report -
Opening Balance £3804.71
Income of £2895
Closing Balance £3241.67

Request to host additional Fitness classes - PVRA can contact Enable, however they must have a aim to
start a new class. A reminder that all residents can be proactive if there'a a club they want started they
can instigate and research and PVRA can support if able.

The estate manager was unable to attend.
RLO Sarah Stevens was able to pass on questions to EM.

One question Sarah was able to answer regarding the clearing of areas in front of maisonette/flat doors.
No items should be stored at all, upstairs and downstairs properties, no plant pots, no bikes, no
barbeques, no benches, nothing hanging on balcony railings, nothing attached to the walls.
